How's the outdoor seating at Gasparilla Island Grill?

Now that the walkway to Grand Floridian is open, I'd like to leave MK for an hour or so and grab lunch at Gasparilla Island Grill (or even bringing my own lunch and enjoying the property). Is finding a table outdoors a challenge on a nice day? Not sure how busy it would be around lunchtime. Thanks ya'll.

I, personally, have never seen the outdoor seating crowded, other than during fireworks. There are plenty of tables. I don’t think you’ll have an issue. Enjoy!

Not crowded with people, but the birds were another story. Keeping them off our food was a full time job!

We have always enjoyed our quiet lunches at Gasparilla’s. There is shade and the occasional visit from ducks and ducklings for company. The only problem we found is during lovebug season in late April and the start of May. They do tend to swarm, wishing to share the table!
