We ate there this past August 2005 while staying at the Swan. It was a character dinner buffet with Timon. It was AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!! The food was inedible (in my opinion) and when the server saw I was not eating anything on my plate, he brought over the manager. I found myself apologizing because I did not like the food, but the manager removed my dinner from the bill. Still, I had to sit there while the rest of the family ate their food -- DS had the pizza, but he'll eat anything. DD had the kids buffet - rock-like chicken nuggets. DH was on a low-fat diet and the chef broiled a piece of fish for him and steamed some broccoli. We appreciated the latter, but the buffet food reminded me of Tony Bourdain's book Kitchen Confidential where all the garbage food and leftovers are thrown into chafing dishes!!
You have so many better choices than Gulliver's!!
