How's the drive from MCO?

OK, we bit the bullet and rented a car after finding out our resort (off-site) has infrequent and pricey shuttle service. So, what's the drive like from MCO to WDW? We'll be driving after 11:00pm, is it fairly straight-forward? Any tolls or odd interchanges to deal with? Our resort is the Vistana, just off the I-4, and 535.
Never had to pay a toll, how much would it be if there is one?

I would take the Greeneway. Route 417. There are tolls but it is a nice easy drive on a nice road. There are at least $2.00 in tolls. Road is well marked and there is an exit for 535.
