How's Bambi II?

Has anyone seen this? I'm considering buying it because my son loves the original. But, if it's cheesey maybe I should just rent it. Any reviews?

I thought it was very well done. Right up there with Lion King 2 as the best of the direct to video sequels.

There are some real great touching and funny moments. The voice acting is excellent. Even the animation and backgrounds are good.

(Just something I "have" to say whenever I hear/read anything about Bambi II. Not an endorsement. I haven't seen the film, but they have it all on UHF. I will shut up now and go away. )
