Howdy...

Very cool.

How did you turn out selling DVC?

Hope you didn't sell to soon as they are still climbing.

Not interested in even one small one?

If we moved there I would still stay DVC on occasion just for fun.

Do you use last minute FP+ by the way?
Oops... Missed your other questions.

I thought about getting a small contract for F&W time, as we are both drinkers and will not drive after throwing a few back at Epcot.
That said, I think it's easier just to pay cash with an AP discount.

I don't even know what a last minute FP is. I'm out of the loop since this whole new magic band system thing.
We still visit the parks spontaniously, but honestly there are only a few rides we need to do.
Last Saturday my wife and I were hanging out and we said "hey, let's go to AK". We went in, walked to the Dawa Bar, had three drinks, saw the safari was an hour wait... We left and went to dinner at Jiko.

Funny.

Yea that's exactly what its for. Pick up a Safari FP+ from home and hit AK for dinner and no wait for Safari, maybe L King as well.

I have friends there that love it. A couple rides (even one) is all they want. Love night shows as well.

Do a lot of Soarin then WS for dinner.

Or TSM and the BW for dinner etc.

They are a little more dare devil so its usually like Safari, FOTLK and EE.

Or RNR, TOT and S Tours then BW.

Or the MK mountains and dinner on the monorail.

Overall we did pretty well. The worst was our VB, which we took a beating. Our best was VGC, which we sold for significantly more than we bought for.
All sales happened very quickly. Nothing was on the market more than a few days. Our VGC sold the instant it was listed, for full asking price (400 points, all 25 and 50 point contracts).

All considered I'm estimating we got back what we put in, less mtc fees. So, we vacationed for many years for the cost of fees (roughly, never did the complete math).

Good for you.

I always consider our stays are on dues only, the principle has gone up on all of them, some quite dramatically lately.

A dues stay is insanely cheap IMO.
