Howdo I get to the water parks from the theme parks?

I was just wondering if it is possible to get to the water parks without a car. We will be staying offsite at HIFS and taking the HIFS shuttle to the four main parks. Is it possible to get a bus or shuttle from one of the main parks to go to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon? We are trying to decide if we can get hopper plus passes or not. Thanks in advance!

No they don't have buses to the water parks from the theme parks. You would have to go to the TTC and catch a bus there.

I'm really new at this, but I think I know that the TTC is the "Ticket and Transportation Center" or something like that, right? Anyway, is there transportation to there from the parks? Where is that located in relation to the parks? Sorry for so many questions, I'm still trying to figure all of this out! Thanks a lot!

The Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) is located across the Seven Seas Lagoon from the Magic Kingdom. It is where the MK parking lot is located, and is a transfer point for the monorails and some of the buses. There are buses there to AK, MGM Studios, Fort Wilderness and Downtown Disney.

As for the water parks, buses to Animal Kingdom stop at Blizzard Beach, either inbound to AK or on the outbound leg. Likewise, buses to Downtown Disney stop at Typhoon Lagoon. You can board these buses at the parks and also at the TTC.

To get to River Country you can take the boat from MK or a Fort Wilderness bus from the TTC.
