how do u play the staff game that is on now

The four people play at start. If you roll a number that someone is standing on, you are out. After your first roll, staff rolls for you. Players take turns moving up according to what is rolled in the order that players started the game. First person to the end, wins credits.

Is this the Polar Delivery game? I'm in the queue right now. Does anyone know if the room for the yellow soldier trade has been open today? I don't see it.
