Those were probably taken the first weekday right after school goes back. :woohoo:

If you want to see the pics, right click on the RED X where the pic should be, go under properties and copy the URL link. Then paste it into your web browser addres line. It will then come up. Great pics. If only it was like that every day.

Wow. When was this? I need to go at this time next year! :cool2:

wow, those ARE beautiful pictures. And it wasn't even raining! I also want the dates for next year!

Dates please :goodvibes

Was anything closed for refurbishment? :rolleyes1

The right day is when you hear the turnstyle's chime.

and wonderful words of wisdom from skiingfast! (but i still wanna know what day that was :littleangel: )

Thanks, those who helped get my photos to work. I'm still not sure what I did wrong.

This was last Thursday - November 3. PotC and Small World were closed for refurbishment. I expected MM to be a madhouse because it started at 9:00am (regular park opening was at 10:00.) But it was less crowded than our 7:00 MM this summer.

We were the first people on Peter Pan, stopped to take a couple of photos, and were still the first people on Mr. Toad (we asked).

As for the TSMM wait - it was actually only seven or eight minutes. That was at about 1:00 in the afternoon.

Soarin' may have been the funniest, though. We walked in with FP in hand at about 7:30 and found that the entire queue was completely empty - not a guest in sight. The CM down at the bottom of the queue laughed and said, "Welcome, Fastpassers! You get to pass [throws arms wide] ALL THESE PEOPLE!"

About 4:00 we realized that, had we wanted to, we probably could have ridden every ride in both parks. We "settled" for doing a total of 50 rides...without ever truly rushing. I highly recommend weekdays in the first two weeks of November!

I fixed your photos in your original post. :)

Those are great. I so want to go during the time when there are hardly any guests. Love the comment by the CM.

Wow!!! Good for you!!! By looking at your pics I would have thought DL was closed :) Lucky lucky lucky you!!! 50 rides in one day is amazing!!

I thought I'd add one more photo. This is the same spot in the park (just ouside the entrance to Big Thunder) in two views, same time of day (late afternoon).

The one on the left is a shot from our visit this August. On the right is our visit last week.

Fireworks and shows are great...but we'll be coming back next November! I actually remembered to go take a look at Walt's apartment and we had time to go see Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. :) Amazing what you can do when you aren't putting all your energy into not bumping into people.

We were there that day, too! We didn't have MM, though, so we didn't get the awesome PP line. We did do breakfast at Minnie's (it was DD's 7th birthday) at 9:10 and had only a 5 minute wait for Star Tours at 10:10 when we got done. I didn't even think about trying PP then, as I figured it would be crazy crowded from MM (but the short ST line should've tipped me off to take a look). Our TSMM line was 15 minutes around noon (we only rode it once, as my mom was with and wasn't able to ride it - we didn't want to leave her alone for more than one ride). We took it rather slow that day, as my mom spent most of the day in the park with us - but I have to admit, it was an absolutely perfect day! I wish all DL days (even with the short hours) were as perfect as last Thursday was!

Amazing! I won't lie and say I am not jealous, but I'm happy you had such a fun time!
