You only have one whole day in Epcot, how are you spending the day and where are you eating?

If I only had one day, I would spend the majority of it in Future World before I went to World Gate. If I only had ONE day, I would def.ly arrive at opening.:cool1:

I would probably eat at either Le Cellier or Garden Grill or San Angel Inn OR if I could only eat at a CS restaurant, then I would eat at Sunshine Seasons

UNLESS I had a FAVORITE international food that i REALLY enjoyed like Italian, Japanese/Sushi, or Chinese/etc.

Must dos:

WS (preferably at a leisurely pace)
British Invasion
American Adventure
Soarin
Test Track
Nemo ride at Living Seas (only because we haven't done it yet)
Wonders of Life (if open)
Illuminations
Kids hooked on Kaki Goris in Japan
DH and DS have to have share a warm cinammon bun from Kringales (?sp) - the Norway bakery.

Could dos:

Mission Space
Turtle Talk with Crush
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Living With The Land
Other FW attractions
Walk out IG for stroll around Boardwalk area

Restaurants:

Might be happy munching around WS and/or getting Fish n Chips to eat while watching British Invasion

If we want a sit down meal next on our list is Biergarten or Le Cellier (had to cancel last trip). Recently really enjoyed lunch at Coral Reef, that would be DS's first choice.

Might also be happy eating light lunch in food court at The Land. Depends. We play it by ear.

Have fun!!

I'd make a reservation at the Princess Storybook breakfast. Get out of there and head to the front. Ride Fastpass Soarin', Ride Mission: Space Test Track, and Space Ship earth. And see Turtle Talk. Maybe go through Innoventions. At 11:00 (Or after riding Turtle Talk- whichever's first.) head over to W.S. (Mexico side) go through the coutnries (KIDCOT stops included.) and browse through the shops. Have lunch at the U.S. Maybe see the Presidents show there. (Forget which one, I'm confusing it with MK.) Finish up WS. Have dinner at Le Cellier.
Maybe if there was time, I'd go on the rides again. I'd wait untill nine to see Illuminations.

-End.-

Creme Brulee @ Le Cellier MMMMMMMM

Ok, I would visit the Seas, Future World. Make sure I rode Soarin, Test Track, and Mission Space.

Have to eat at Akershaus (for Rice Cream), or Le Cellier for a Filet Mignon, and Creme Brulee.

Get their at opening, starting in Future World, riding Soarin and Test Track many times, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, also check out the new Living Seas ride...I'd skip Mission Space and Ellen's Energy Adventure.

Lunch at Sunshine Seasons.

From about 3pm on, WS - dinner in Mexico at San Angel...I'd ride Maelstrom and El Rio de Tiempo...and just take in the rest leisurely. ending the day with Illuminations, and go home exhausted!

Soarin (then get FP)
Test Track
Mission Space
Ellen's Energy Adventure
JIYI
Soarin again

Sit around at fountain

Mexico pavillion (El Rio del Tiempo)
Lunch at Catina, if not raining...Lunch at San Angel, if raining
Norway (Maelstrom, no movie)
China movie and acrobats, if easily do-able

Leave for break, re-enter later

Spaceship Earth
Nemo (if time...if not, no biggie)
Canada - check out gardens (so pretty!)
Watch Off Kilter
France - Impressions de France
Morocco - dinner at Restaurant Marrakesh
check out shopping in Japan
Pick up funnel cake and stake out spot for Illuminations.

:cutie:

All I really want in the world right now is a rainbow Kaki Gori and a good seat for Illuminations!

Oh, and world peace. ;)

Oooh, and to try the new nemo ride!

I'm not picky. Any day spent there would be great. I haven't seen Soarin' yet, so I guess that would be my only must do. I love walking around WS and soaking in all the ambience. The perfect ending would be sitting at a table outside at the Rose & Crown and watching Illuminations.

Well, I would HAVE to eat at LeCellier (the salad with Pecan Shallot Vinegarette dressing is SOO yummy!), and my dd would have to get at LEAST one Apple strudel from Norway.

I would try to do the new Nemo ride(show) thingy, I would definitely have to fastpass Soarin', and I am a sucker for Spaceship Earth.

Then, I would walk around the countries and watch the "goings on". We would have to end with a funnel cake while we watch Illuminations.

I love that place....we'd be happy doing that EVERY day!!

I'd spend the first 2 hours before World Showcase opens milling around The Living Seas and then probably doing Soarin' at least once. After WS opened, I'd spend the rest of the day there because it's my favorite place in all of WDW. Even just walking around the pavilions is fantastic as far as I'm concerned, but I'd make sure to see at least a couple of Off Kilter shows and dinner would absolutely be at Le Cellier courtesy of the dining plan (cheddar cheese soup, strip steak, and chocolate whiskey cake for dessert--life doesn't get a whole lot better than that! :thumbsup2 )

ETA: Lunch would be at that Asian noodle place in the Land. Love that place!

Personally, if I only had one day to spend at Epcot I would not be wasting my time having a table service dinner. I'd do a counter service so I could get on with seeing all Epcot has to offer. That's just me though.

Start out with the early Segway Tour.

Enjoy some shopping in FW.

Lunch @ Le Cellier or San Angel.

Afternoon @ WS.

Dinner @ Bistro De Paris.

Illuminations Cruise.

Slow walk back BCV :cool1:

You only have one whole day in Epcot, how are you spending the day and where are you eating?

Just like we did in November. :)

Got there right at opening.
Stood in line for over an hour for Test Track
Rode Mission Space on a FP
Spoiled FOTL kids (and DH) didn't want to wait in any more lines, so no Soarin' :rolleyes1 ,
(yeah, yeah, I know, we should have pulled the Soarin' FP first, but as we are spending a week shortly at DL for a cheerleading competition, TT and MS were the two the kids really wanted to ride - Soarin' could wait till California)
so walked over to Teppanyaki and cancelled ADR's.
Walked the rest of the way through World Showcase with antsy kids and husband who wanted Dueling Dragons.
Went "home" to Universal and FOTL

Returned for a phenominal evening, albeit FREEZING (night it snowed in Orlando), with a magical gathering/family reunion/anniversary party at Rose and Crown and special viewing for Illuminations.

Actually, we were huddled under the space heaters Disney put out on the patio for us and which were conveniently placed next to the bar. Great viewing! But the magic might also have been rather enhanced by the drinks being consumed in copious amounts to create a placebo warming effect :) I don't think I could have appreciated the fire effect in Illuminations more than I did that night, as you could feel the warmth across the lagoon!

Let's see for one day at Epcot it would have to be, in order:

Breakfast at Princess Storybook
Grab FP for Soarin
Single Rider Test Track
Spaceship Earth
new Nemo ride at Living Seas
Journey Into Your Imagination wtih Figment
House of Innoventions
Grab FP for Livin with the Land
Ride Soarin
Lunch at Garden
Ride Livin with the land
World Showcase time
Mexico w/El Rio Del Tempo
Norway w/Malestrom
Germany w/visit to toy shoppe
America w/American Adventure if there's time
Japan w/stop in Mitshsaki(sp?)
United Kingdom
Rose & Crown pub for supper and view of Illuminations

late lunch at LeCellier

Off Kilter 3pm
Off Kilter 430pm
Off Kilter 6pm
Off Kilter 7pm
Off Kilter 8pm

British Invasion 4pm
British Invasion 630pm
British Invasion 730pm

Soarin 330

Rose & Crown 420pm
Rose & Crown Pub 550pm
Rose & Crown Pub 650pm

oh ya this is my 50th bday celebration next Nov!

I'd get there when it opens and head straight to Soarin. Ride Soarin and then get a Fast Pass as soon as I got off. Have a bagel from Sunshine Seasons and then ride Soarin again. Then, I'd wander through Innoventions and see the characters. Then, I'd head to the Biergarten for lunch. After lunch, I'd wander through WS, taking pictures of all the pretty countries. I'd ride the Maelstrom (since I recently discovered that it isn't nearly as scary when you aren't 11). I'd watch the video in France (my favorite video- the music they use in the last part is the same piece DH and I used for the recessional in our wedding).

After wandering through the countries and looking in the shops, I'd stroll to Le Cellier for dinner (steak, bread, cheddar cheese soup, and chocolate whiskey cake!). I'd then roll through other sights at Epcot that I hadn't seen yet and roll myself out the exit.
