How would Disney WANT me to handle this?

On our next trip, we are staying 9 nights. My mom is coming for part of the trip (on her own reservation, own room) for 5 nights. My kids will likely sleep with her for the nights that she is there, then with us the rest of the time. Of course, because of tickets, they are ON my room reservation. BUT, do I need to put them on her reservation at all? It would be nice if they had keys to her room (at least the bigger kids.) Last time we did this, I put their names on her room as well (because we didn't book a package) and it was way too many magic bands to keep track of. How am I supposed to handle this?

I would have your mom request a couple of key cards for her room to give the older kids.
