How will THV effect SSR annual dues?

I think the cost will be neglible once spread over the membership and I think people overriding the ac adds more maintenance costs (present company included) to SSR than the ac for the THV's.

I can't imagine MF would increase any more than they normally do. SSR MF have gone up each year since they started selling. I think over all resorts, MF average a yearly 3.5-4% increase from a previous thread I'd seen. And I believe they can't increase MF more than 5% (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) in any year without owner approval. So I think we're safe from any extroidinary increases, just the regular increases we'll probably see every year between now and 2054!

The increase allowed without owner approval is 15%. No DVC resort has ever been that high and I would not be concerned about it at SSR due to the THV addition.
