How will AP-only Fantasmic/Glow affect crowds on 8/28?

The 28th is a Tuesday, so APEE would be at DCA that day. However, Fantasmic is at DL. We're in the parks that week (4 days), and I was planning to do my EEs on the opposite of the APEEs (staying at DLR, have one every day). I realize there will still be MM at the opposite park, but since this is only week #2 of all the APs being unblocked, I'm guessing there will be a fairly heavy AP presence so that's what we're trying to avoid. I'm thinking the 28th will be pretty busy at both parks rather than just at DCA because of the addition of Fantasmic. However, I'm hoping maybe the rest of the week will have lower attendance with all the APs going on Tuesday. Hopefully everyone will stay up late and not be in the parks on Wednesday?

Which parks would you take for your EE on the Tuesday 28th/Wed 29th?

I would expect the majority of those attending to be locals (since you have to sign up at the ticket booths now...) I would expect to see an increase in people late afternoon/early evening, with no significant increase the next day.

On the Disneyland site, Fantasmic is not showing until Friday the 31st.
