How/When do I make reservations for TOWL?

We are staying at BLT for the first time in May. One night we would like to view Wishes from TOWL. How and when do I make those reservations? Do I have to wait until we arrive or can I make them now from home?

Reservations? I didn't know you needed reservations! We're staying at BLT over spring break and arrive in the evening so I thought that would be a great way to start our vacation. I was hoping to be there by 8:00ish, grab some dinner at the Contempo Cafe then go up to the lounge in time to catch the fireworks. Who do you have to make the reservations with?? I really thought we could just go up there.

I thought, due to the limited capacity of the lounge, you had to make reservations in advance. I just don't know how or when. Or maybe I dreamed it? We've never stayed there yet.
Does anyone know??

No reservations, you just need to have any employee on the first floor unlock the elevator for you. Sometimes the employee is in the central Lobby and sometime you'll find them in the lobby of north elevators.

Glad to know I wasn't wrong about it...and glad to know what the procedure is...I was just going to inquire about it that first night at check-in. Only 26 days & counting!!
