How wheelchair friendly is Universal?

Mum is in a wheelchair now an we are thinking about throwing away $500 for 1 day to see the Harry Potter things at Universal on one of our down days at WDW. Also, any thoughts for wheelchair friendly transport as we won't have our own wheels? TYIA

We had my mom there last year for 4 days in a wheelchair. We had no issues. We rented a wheelchair, so can't help you with transport.
