Hi! We are booking tomorrow through an agent for a trip at the end of March. I am a little confused, and new to Disney, about how to make ADRs. Can I call WDW-DINE any time of day or do I need to get up at 5am? Can anyone share instructions or guidance for first time Disney dining reservations? Do I need the dining plan to get ADRs??

if your booking through an agent, your agent should make your ADRs for you. All you would need to do is give the agent the places you want (and the days and time if you have it down that much) and they will book them through their system at your 180 day window (if it hasn't passed yet, if it has passed they will book as soon as you give them the info)

If you are going at the end of March you are within your 180 day window so you can call any time of day. You don't need to be doing the Dining Plan and you don't need to have a Disney resort reservation. Anyone can book at 180 days or less.
