How to Word Resort Room Request?

I need some examples how to complete a Fax Request for a Room at the Resorts.. We are staying at the POR, and we would like Building 14 without a parking lot view...How would I word it on paper?

Just don't be disappointed if you don't get it. Asking for a specific room number lessens your chances of getting what you want. It's better than 50-50 that your room will already be occupied by someone who arrived before your room request ever reached the resort.

What I would suggest you do is to go ahead and request your particular room number but make sure you tell them why you want that room. Is it the view you like? Is it the building? Is it the floor? If you let the room assigners know why you requested something they can often give you something very comparable (or even better) to what you were originally seeking.
