We booked for wilderness cabin through priceline and and it said it only sleeps one adult and there are 4 of us total staying in the cabin. I was able to link the reservation to my Disney experience but how do I add the other 3 guests? The reservation again made through priceline said that the cabins only slept one adult and adding wasn't an option. Thanks!!

I see you linked the reservation to your MDE account? How many people does it show?

Is there a phone number to contact Priceline? I know people have had to call third party sites in the past to add children. If it is only showing as a reservation for one, you would need to have them adjust it.

The alternative would be to wait until check in. Priceline owns the reservation so they would have to make any changes to the reservation until then. So long as all the admission tickets are in MDE you should be able to make park passes for everyone (although the others will come out of the ticket pool, as opposed to the resort pool - so you will be booking two sets of park passes).

Priceline asks how many adults/children before booking. Did you enter this information in? Priceline has to adjust it as it owns the reservation like pp said.
You can wait until check in but if you are planning on using the Magical Express the other 3 will not be able to ride it upon arrival but will be good for departure.

I had this exact issue with Priceline. After 4 calls, their only answer was that I could add the additional people at check in. Of course, this wouldn't work with ordering magicbands and making park passes.

I endeded up calling Disney directly (407 W-Disney). They quickly added the extra people as "unknown". I was then able to go to MDE and update the unknowns to the correct people. Took me about 5 minutes.

I will try calling again! We’re in a similar situation with adding a third person, but when I called the wholesale number they told me I had to wait until check in to add the additional guest. Our tickets and reservations are already set so that’s not an issue for us…Magical Express on the other hand…🤞🏻 Happy to hear it worked out for you! (Were you adding any adults?).

I did add an adult. It didn't matter to Disney, as long as I was within the room limits.

I wouldn't worry too much about Magical Express reservations. You don't really need a reservation to get to the resort. When you arrive at MCO, just go to the Magical Express desk and check in. You can make your return reservation at that time. Disney wants you on property so you can start spending money.

You need a resort reservation to get to the resort. The magical express people scan your magic band or look up your name to see if you have an on-site resort reservation for that date. That's how you get onto the bus.... unless they've changed it recently.

We have a resort reservation but, at the moment, it just lists two adults. Maybe we can add the third person at the ME desk.

No you can't. The ME desk won't do anything other than verify who is eligible to get on the bus.

I was quoting another poster who said you didn't need a reservation to get on ME. Technically you don't, you can arrive to the ME desk and they scan your magic bands to find out how many to get onto the bus. But if you arrive with more than the resort reservation has in the room, the other people can be denied entry onto the ME bus. I didn't want the OP to read the other post as if he/she could just show up with extra people and board the bus.

Usually to add other desks, you call the wholesale line after Priceline has transferred the reservation to Disney. There's are various posts on the subject on the main Priceline deals thread.

Gotcha! Thank you for your help!
