How to tone flabby arms??

I am just wondering what exercises I can do to tone the flab under my arms. If I start working out on the weight bench and lift barbells will it tone that up? I assume it is not going to all go away but I just am tired of the flabbiness. I do not want monster biceps, but will some of the flab tone up and not be so "sloppy" looking?
 
If you are talking about the flab UNDER the arms, you have to work your triceps more to tone them up. You can work triceps by using handweights and do reps behind you instead of in front of you. It's hard to explain without a picture. There are lots of websites that give you different exercises with pictures. Of course, bicep work is good too, and I highly recommend doing push-ups to help with overall arm strength. Good luck!
 
I feel your pain. My arms are the worst part of me and while I faithfully go to the gym I really have to push myself to do weights. However, you will see results by doing so.

Try either machines, free weights and bands using your own body weight. To tone and not bulk up try higher reps with a lower weight. Do 2 sets on each arm. Just remember though that while you may tone the muscle in your arms if they are heavy you might need to try dieting as well.
