We are going to Paris on 7th March for 3 nights then onto Disney for 4 nights, we want to find a good way of telling them when we are in Paris on the last night. Last time we went we just went to Disney so surprised the kids and told them we were going to get on the plane and go straight away.

Any ideas???

Do you know if you're anywhere near a Disney Store in the city?

You could take them in there, wait for the inevitable "Mum, can I have this?" Question and then say "don't you think it would be better to wait until tomorrow in case there's better in Disneyland?!"

That's a great idea :thumbsup2

The Paris Disney Store is on the Champs Elysées - M° Franklin Roosevelt :)

Order them the Disney Dreams flashing ears with their names on, wrap them up and get them to open them and guess where they're going :)

We surprised our kids with DLP last summer. Our plan was to tell them we were taking the train to our next destination, but go to Marne-la-Vallée instead and see how long it took them to figure out where they really were! However, i didn't think about the signs at the train station saying "Disneyland" under Marne-la-Vallée :rolleyes2 Needless to say they figured it out while waiting on the train to come, but they were still SUPER excited!

I like the idea of wrapping something up and letting them open it the night before. I have also made my kids invitations from Mickey and the Fairy Godmother and handed them out for WDW trips. Have fun!

The Creative Dis section on the forum has some great ideas for reveals and amazing DISigners who will create a personalised design for you - have a good look at each DIsigner and what they create and their style, then make a request. make sure you do this ASAP as there can be a wait sometimes as the DISigners get very busy.
