My Dh and I just came back from WDW. On our last day there we were sitting and enjoying an ice cream on Main Street USA, when I noticed this group of people sitting across from us. That is when I heard the parents talking about how they wanted to handle there day, what rides they wanted to do frist and so on. The one mother was getting annoyed and just kept saying- I have to wait for so and so they are on the boat right now. So the husbands (there were two different families there) took the kids and went off to the rides. The other women looks over at her freind and goes "man what is the deal with my husband today" and starts venting about him. That is when I had to say... " So what part of Jersey are you guys from? Are you from Jersey". The lady looks at me and says yea we are from, wherever, then she said how could you tell from our attitudes? I said yup! We all have those attitudes.. LOL. It is just so funny to me how you can really pick a jersey person out. I never fully understood that until this trip.. but it is really true!:lmao: Go Jersey People!:thumbsup2

Sounds like the same thing I kept saying to my cousin about my husband and we just got back, it could have been me, but I didn't meet anyone else from NJ. :rotfl:

You mean all wives don't vent about the DH like we do? I thought it was just a psychotic female rite of passage to rag on our husbands! :rotfl: I guess you CAN pick us out of a crowd anywhere. :sad2:

Little story from my Belmar days. Bunch of the girls were walking to a club and past a bunch of guys. A guy yells out "hey lookin' good baby" My friend turns around and yells "F__ you". The guy turns around and says "Bayonne right"? She says "yeah, how did you know?" He says only the Bayonne girls look to pick a fight when someone says something "nice" to them. Well how embarrassed were we?! :lmao: Now, I don't find what they said nice, but rather a little degrading, but I guess that's what sets Bayonne girls and their attitude apart from others!

Moral of my story -- not only can you tell the Jersey people by their attitude, sometimes you can even tell what city they're from! :rotfl:

DH is from Jersey. Potty mouth is inherited. One day when then DD2 1/2 was watching the Chip and Dale DVD, she called to me and said "Mommy, Donald just fell off the f***ing ladder" Shortly after that we had the "don't repeat what Daddy says" talk.

I agree :lmao: ! But I get along with Jersey people the best being I'm one and all.

i'm a south jersey girl but almost everyone around here is straight from philly..so you can imagine that combination right there ....real cute. lol :b

I think it's very funny that no one from anywhere else in the country (mid-west, west coast, etc.) has posted regarding this thread. I think they're all :scared1: Apparently our attitude is known far and wide throughout the land. After all, is there any other state that gets its own week in WDW? :lmao:
