How to switch ticket

friends have a one day ticket to mk. Now the plan changed and going to animal kingdom instead. It won't let us do fast passes now for ak because the ticket is valid
At magic kingdom. Any idea on how to change? Guest services only?

Best way to handle in my opinion . They can give you good advice and may be able to give you what you want on phone.
