How to subscribe to a thread without posting?

Before the change there was a drop-down menu titled Thread Tools, if memory serves. It allowed one to subscribe to a thread without the need to post. Is this still an available feature? If so, please help a girl out with a quick reply 'cause it just ain't jumpin' out at me!

If you look at your post above, you will see a Watch thread link just outside the posting box. You can use this to watch any thread, on any board.
Option is still available to have email notifications on or off
