How to stay at CA DVC?

On the booking page, I don't even see the CA DVC showing as an option.
I read it is small, and you practically have to own there to be able to book it.
It looks like we WDW DVC and off-sight cannot book there at all, using our DVC points.
Is that correct?

There was a glitch yesterday that cause a lot of VGC inventory to show as available when it was already booked. DVC had to lock everyone from booking VGC until they can resolve all the over-booked reservations. Looks like they're still mopping up the mess.

Oops, sure hope it's resolved cause I just got two nights starting this Monday 1/17 and was AMAZED that they came available. Maybe I shouldn't cancel the other hotel yet???

Ok, thanks. I've got some time yet before I must cancel the other hotel. Maybe I'll try calling VGC front desk tomorrow just to confirm. I did receive the email confirmation from DVC. And it's not showing availability now, it was just that one 1 bedroom that I got. And it showed nothing earlier in the week. I just figured someone had to cancel last minute.
