OK...perhaps I'm dense these days but I can't figure out the proper way to sign my family up.:confused3

We are a large party visiting in May with 9 adults (the children are too young to volunteer). I would like to sign us all up to do an activity together but does each person have to sign up separately or can I do one sign up and list all our names/ages?

I just think it would be more rewarding and fun to do this as a family but didn't want everyone to have to log in, make the contacts, etc. by themselves and I would just rather handle that part for simplicity.

TIA for advice, help. Here's to volunteering! :thumbsup2:):cheer2:

ETA - I think I have just answered my own question. Darn, it appears that everyone has to sign up separate or at least each address does. Not as easy as I hoped.

The "proper way" is to have everyone at their own address sign themselves up. I however, for the same reasons you listed, signed my whole family up through my address and emailed the GAD contacts to ask if this would be a problem. The answer was, as long as the names on the vouchers match their IDs, it wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, if you wanted to handle the sign ups yourself with everyone at their own address, just open a couple free email addresses and handle them all yourself. :thumbsup2
