How to set up a Private Mixology group?

This is my second DCL cruise and this time I want to try to set up a private mixology class with my DIS friends. I found some info online, but I figured you guys would know the scoop here. When do I have to book it? Do I tell DCL when I want it, or do they give me some limited options? I read that groups have to be between 25-40 people, is that accurate? Does it have to be mixology or are there wine or beer tastings to do instead? I need all the scoop! Thanks!

A couple of guys set up 2 classes for our Cruise Meets group for our Halloween cruise on the Wonder. Here is what one of them said about how to arrange. We had a private mixology and a chocolate pairing class. Both delicious. Hope this helps.

If anyone wants to arrange a private tasting in the future, just contact Disney at--- DCL.Function.Requests@disney.com.
Here are the private classes that are offered-- you need to have 25 minimum, and 30 maximum signed up (there is some wiggle room though)
Champagne: $30.00pp
Martini: $18.00pp
Beer: $15.00pp
Mixology: $15.00pp
Tequila / Margarita: $15.00pp
Cognac: $20.00pp
Whiskey: $20.00pp
Wine: $15.00pp
Mojito: $15.00pp
Chocolate: $30.00pp

I set up 6 private tastings on our WBPC cruise for our DIS group. We did Wine, Champagne, 2 mixologies (too many people for one), tequila, and Martini.

I emailed them a while before and she sent me back the listing of classes and prices then I setup a form to submit what classes people wanted to take to me and I kept track of everything. I kept updating Disney with how many people I thought there would be and came up with a schedule of when we wanted them. She sent me back a rough schedule of when the bars/servers were available. As we got closer I sent her a final list of guests, reservation/state rooms for each class. About 1-2 weeks out she sent me the final schedule with locations for everything. It was a lot of work keeping track of everyone as they added/changed their mind/changed rooms/etc but we had a great time.

I think they request the lists 30 days out.
