How to see reservation details online?

I booked BB FD offer last week. I got email invoices but I'd like to verify the details of the reservation. I went online and pulled the reservation with reservation# and my phone #. However, I could not see the dining plan. The ticket type shows "Error".

Is there a better way to confirm my reservation? Will they mail me anything?

I got an email with a link to click on to see detail of reservations and it showed all the thing in the package including insurance, which we did not want. I called to have them remove the insurance and change ages of my kids (adding a year to each kids' age). Now when I type in my reservation # and phone #, it too shows ticket type "Error". I'm guessing its a flaw in their systen right now. Have you tried calling disney reservations to find out what's going on? I'm gonna give them a week to work out the kinks and then call again if the error is still showing.

I just pulled up mine and it works fine.

I also get a new email every time I make a payment. Plus, I did get one paper in the mail when I first booked.

Were you able to see the dinning plan? Mine is not mentioned at all. I can wait a few more days and see if I get anything in mail.

For some reason the dining plan has never been mentioned on line. Not sure why. My tickets are showing correct. I just pulled up the reservaton.

Thanks for the responses. I am glad that my dinning plan was not accidentally dropped. I will wait for a few more days to check back in.
