Hi all,
We bought a "U Command Wall-E" toy in DLP for Christmas as a present for our son, we have found that the remote is faulty, not working with the robot at all, tried several things and can confirm contacts and batteries are ok.
How can we return the faulty unit or get a replacement remote from DLP?
We have the reciept somewhere and are prepared to send the whole thing back if necessary (hopefully not at our expense as its heavy)
Can anyone advise?
