How to Return Item bought at DLR?

I purchased a little mermaid CD at the Downtown Disney Store on the 1/2 Marathon weekend as a gift for a friend.

I gave it to her last night and when she opened it, the disk has two white dots on it (they are not removable) and the disk doesn't play.

Is there a phone number I can call to talk to someone about returning it and getting a new one?

Try calling Disneyland DelivEARS at: (800) 362-4533. They should be able to advise you on doing a return/exchange.
