Anyone on here know anything about windows? I believe the ones in this house are white vinyl. The top piece is fixed while the bottom can be raised and lowered. They are just a single pane of glass on the top and bottom. There is an area on the top piece that I can't get at no matter how far I raise or lower the bottom window. I would think that the bottom window must come out so that area could be cleaned but so far I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.

There doesn't seem to be any spring type device on one side or the other to push them to the side and then lift them out. There also doesn't seem to be any way to tilt it down from the top of the movable lower window.

I figure it's probably something I'm missing that's really easy... if you know where it is. So, any window people here?

Looking at our neighbors house, they seem to think a football is the best way to get it out. :confused3 However, I don't think that is what you or they are really wanting. :teeth:

On the past windows that I have used, there are usually spring clips on the top of the sliding part that can be used to pull the window out.
