How to redeem canadian tickets?

I have bought from disney the canadian resident tickets. Can I go right to the tapstyles? Or do I need to go to a ticket booth first?

If you download the app you should be able to load your tickets to your phone.

You should have received an emailed ticket that you take to the turnstiles. If you have the app, and used the same log in info on the website when you purchased, your tickets will be available on the app without having to scan them.

This is what we did. Load them to our app. Scanned the app with the barcode at the turnstile at first visit. The cast member then takes a photo of you right there and you get your multi-day pass printed out and handed to you. So you use that at subsequent visits. If you get MaxPass though, you scan those using your app.

Yes you’ll need to show your passport on your first entry. You show it right at the turnstile and then they’ll take your picture.
