How to plan for September?

OK, I want the fun to begin today!! I want to start planning my itinerary for my September trip. But I'm stuck as to how to plan which parks for which days without knowing what the EMH park/days will be?? Will it basically be about the same as it is now, but with shorter hours perhaps due to it being value season? Where can I find a list of EMH parks and days they are assigned?

I, too, am going to WDW in September and needed to make plans around EMH. I looked at the EMH schedules for past months and identified any patterns that I could find. I then scheduled my PS arrangements around what I hope will be the EMH schedule in September.
