How to pay your balance on resort reservation?

I have about a $500 balance for my January trip, and I’d like to pay it now (to get some Disney $$ back on my Visa). I can’t figure out how, though! Can someone smarter than me explain it please?

Call if it's a room only reservation.

When I log in to My Disney Experience I see a link to pay. Can I pay through that link? I need to pay my balance, but have been avoiding calling since it seems to take hours.

If there is a place on your reservation that says make a payment then yes click on that and pay.

If you have a room only reservation and call, the process is automated. You just put in how much you want to pay and punch in the credit card number. Super easy and don't have to wait on hold.

And while you are at it...
Go to the Target website and buy electronic Disney gift cards with your Target Red Card. Use the Disney gift card to pay off your balance and save 5% in the process.

If it's a room only reservation, typically you can call in and when the electronic lady says, "Now, how can I help you today?", you say, "Make a payment" and you'll be able to pay the balance through the prompts with the electronic lady. However, that being said, when I tried to pay our balance this past weekend, the voice prompt system was down for 3 days. I ended up having to wait for a CM and pay to a human lady. I like humans better anyway, but... killer wait times!
