How to order wake up call?

Can you guys tell me how to get a wake up call and if it is a charged thing.... is it always Mickey ? Can I even get one at the POP resort ?

I don't know much about it, so please help me out.. Thanks

There's no charge for wake-up calls - and you can get them at any resort. Pretty sure it's always Mickey.
If I remember correctly, there's a button on the phone that you can press to get the service.

We stayed at the POP last year, and made good use of them.

I always program the wakeup call to happen about 10 minutes after the regular alarm clock has been set. I want to be AWAKE when I hear Mickey! *honestly, I let the kids answer the phone, but I want to be awake when I see THEM answer it!*

It's always been Mickey - sometimes w/ different messages, but right now there's a new guy along w/ Mickey and that's all I'll say.

Getting a wake up call is super easy. There is a button on your phone that will take you in to an automated system. You use the buttons on your phone to enter in the time that you would like to recieve the call. Make sure you say something when you answer the phone because I think Mickey is voice activated, or maybe it just takes him a while to speak up.

Just note that sometimes it takes as much as 10 seconds for Mickey's voice to start after you answer the phone, so if you don't hear him right away, keep the phone to your ear.

It is not ALWAYS Mickey. When we were there last July/August, part of the time was someone from ESPN (It was ESPN weekend at MGM). But, after a few days, it went back to Mickey.

The last time I was at SOG in May, 2004, they didn't do animated wake up calls.
