How to order disney photopass

I pre ordered the photopass cd a couple of months ago. I uploaded my photos and have made my edits a while back. I am now ready to order my photo cd. How do I do it? All it says is that I have a credit. I am so confused on how I add the photos to the card and use my credit. Can anyone walk me through the process? Also, can I add the photos that disney has on the site as well?
