How to open trouble ticket-Sunshine rewards??

I tried to click on Supermember lounge this morning as I earned over $112 last qtr but it says Im not a supermember.. I was going to email but it says thats disabled and to send a trouble ticket.. anyone know how to send one? I cant figure it out..

I think?? that we will be getting an e-mail from SR with some type of password that will let us get into the SM section. Someone who knows about being SM might be better able to answer (this would be my first time being one - I just barely made it by 20 cents), but I think I read in the SR forums that it would probably be about mid-day today before we got the password.

I think SR has to update all of us on their end still. The password is only for the SR forum. But I can't get into anything SM related & I was one last quarter & again this quarter.

Trouble Tickets are only for offers that you did & did not credit. Tricia inactivated their email address because of spamming.

Best bet, hold out a couple more hours & watch the SR forum boards for updates. Congrats on SM status!

Thanks guys for the info.. this is my first time to hit SM status so Im sooo excited.. I noticed it said if there is any problems to open a trouble ticket since email is down.. but I will hold off and wait..

The above posters are correct. Even SM from last quarter are currently disabled from all SM stuff. Anyone who achieved SM status for beginning July 1st will receive an email when it is activated for this quarter.

Has anyone done the blockbuster/free disney card offer on Sunshine? I just did this last night and am wondering how long it will take before I get the card? It seems difficult to get in touch with someone on the website.

I think you may have to manually cash out for it? There's been an issue w/ their email getting spammed from crawlers going out pfishing for email addresses on websites, but if you go to the forums & post a question, you'll get an answer pretty quick.

Or, you can open a Trouble Ticket - on the bottom menu. That may take a day or two though, so I'd check the forum first.
