How to Maximize rewards when getting AP?

Any ideas on how to earn rewards on AP purchase? I plan on using my Disney Visa but, didn't know if I could purchase some sort of giftcard (through a rewards program) to double dip? I remember someone talking about a SImon card (good at some malls) but can't find how to purchase through a reward site. TIA for your help.

I haven't found any way to help defray the cost of an AP other than using the webbies to help purchase it. Here's what I did:
Purchased 1st AP in December with DC discount and double Visa rewards at Disney store
Ordered second via computer day before price increase with Disney Visa
Picked up third at DS using some of those $10.00 gift cards you get when you prepay for movies and the Disany Visa card
Bought fourth at MK with Disney Visa Rewards--lucky me I still have 50 cents!
