I bought the MM, and want to make sure my daughter and wife will be able to swipe their MB and have the pics go to the MM. Is there a way to ensure that happens?

Yep, that simple. Then they just scan the MBs when they get photos taken or at end of rides, and all will show up in MM. Your account will be the only one that can modify and download the photos, which should be fine for your family.
