how to make pic's smaller

How do you make the pictures in your signature smaller? I created it through photobucket, & there was a link that said reduce by 25%, well I did that & it is still HUGE!

If you are using Windows XP there is an image resizer available through the MS download site. It is free.

You can do it in paint if you don't have XP or an imaging program.
Open picture in paint
go to Image
Select stretch\Skew
Resize by reducing percentage of picture.
Save new pic.
Use even percentages so pic don’t distort.
