How to make it to 8am Tusker House...

From BLT. Park opens at 9 am... will buses be running before then?? is 20 min a good estimate of time to get to AK from BLT??? or will need to take a taxi?? cost??? thanks.

also.. do they have mickey waffles??? Another option head to safari, ride and then head to breakfast.... how long long to you guess that would take.? We are going slower week in november. 945am too early for reservation then??

Buses do run early for the early breakfast reservations. We had 800am reservations this past March, got from BCV on the bus to AK at 755am we walked to Tusker House (skiped the Donald pic, line was way too long) got seated immediately and was done eating at 850am. We headed straight to Expedition Everest to get fast passes , to our surprise a CM spitted out free fastpasses in all of the machines, so our family of 4 ended up with 8 fast passes. Since we were at EE at 9am, there was no standby line yet , we were the first people in line.

We did the 8 am reservation from Blt last year and I believe we got to the bus stop at 7. Were there plenty of time for the 8 am reservation. Bus will stop at least at grand Floridian before heading to AK.

20 minutes is not nearly enough time - I would be at the bus stop by 7:15 at the absolute latest. AK is a 20 bus ride alone and then you need to walk to the gate, check bags, check in with the host at the park entrance and then the restaurant is a pretty good (10 min) walk to the back of the park.

I would suggest one of you grab FP's for the Safari as you are right there after you eat. We were lucky enough to be in the first jeep of the day and it was amazing!

Be on the safe side and take a cab

We had 8:05 am ressies at Donalds Breakfast in AK and we were staying at the WL. We were at the bus stop at 6:30 am and the bus didnt get there until 7:40 and still had to make a stop at FW.

So we were late, we flew through AK and we were told that it happens all the time and they would seat us as soon as they could, I think we waited 5 minutes
