How to make Hard Candy?!?!?!?!?!

When I was a kid, at Christmas, friends would bring in small bags of hard candy that their moms had made. It was all different flavors and had ben sprinkled with powdered sugar. I am thinking that they poured it out on a cookie sheet and then when it cooled broke it into smaller peices. I have been wanting to try to make it because I loved it as a kid. I am sure it is really easy, but I did not have a recipe.. Can anyone help me out?? Thanks

I love that candy! My aunts use to make it all the time she always called it tac!

If you go to the website http://www.lorannoils.com/ ..they have the flavoring you need to make the hard candy. All it is is corn syrup, sugar and flavoring....I like to make lollipops and this company has the best flavors!
