How to make DH's birthday special

We re going to WDW in September, and while we are there DH will be celebrating his 40th birthday!!!!! What can I do to make it special? I want to make him a shirt to wear to let everyone know it's his BIG 4-0, but don't want to embarrass him. Lol. And I don't know how or where to go to have one made for him! Any ideas would be helpful!!!! Thanks!

Etsy is usually great when you need a custom shirt.

As for special things, you can note his birthday on any reservations you make, and get him a birthday button. That way he'll get lots of happy birthdays from Cast Members! You could also pay to have a cake delivered to a restaurant you'll be eating at or look into Disney Florist.

Have you asked your husband what he wants? My DH requests 50's Prime Time for his birthday dinner. He wears a birthday button but that is about the extent of what he wants.
