How to keep kids occupied while waiting in airport NEXT WEEK?

I went to our airport's web page and sent them an email asking what & where places to eat are. Got a response next day. The majority of them are after you pass thru metal detectors.

A couple of years ago we took a group of 12 to WDW including 4 children ranging in age from 4-11 years. We ended up having to wait 5 hours for a plane to be fixed. All we had was one Game Boy, a deck of cards and one tape player and some books. It worked great for everyone, even the adults!
