well, thanks to patty t, I had to take pictures of dd and peeps... Today I bought the peeps easter egg dying kit at target (where else would I shop right?) the only thing I haven't used yet is the actual dye. Used the peep on the front and the peep on the bottom edge... used the peep on the back as a stencil, used a peep off the egg holder thingies... It was a great investment for 99 cents. And best of all, got to use my dollar stamp from ac moore with 3 peeps on it. maggie

I've gotta get that stamp! I wonder if anyone else has one of those Peep stampers? I don't have AC Moore here or anywhere around that I know of. Have you seen them anywhere else?

I did see something on twopeas (yes, ya'll have directed me there too!), and they used the egg dye on a page (dry) of a paper bag album. It was really cute and was about dyeing Easter eggs. I don't know how to post the link to it, but you might want to look at it.

My DD (16) loves Peeps too!~ We don't get through Easter without them. So of course I've got the triple package just waiting to be used. I'm going to look at Wal Mart today for clearance of Easter things. I have a Peeps Easter CD that I bought a year or two ago there.

Maggie, I bought that CD at Easter at Wal Mart a couple of years ago. It has a lot of "Easter" or spring type songs on it. The one that's our favorite is a redo of the song "Chirpy-chirpy, cheep-cheep". Do you remember that song from the late 60's? (You may not be old enough---it goes "Last night I heard my momma singing a song, ooh eeh chirpy-chirpy, cheep-cheep") Anyway, my DD (16) gets a kick out of that one, and we all end up singing along with it. If I see another one I'll let you know.

I did just run in Wal Mart this morning. You know, to catch the after Easter sale......Well, they had Peeps stickers marked down to 78 cents a pkg. If you want, I'll be glad to send you a pack. They're sooo cute! They are by American Greetings, and have pix of blue, purple, pink and yellow Peeps.

Great layout!! What a great idea for the egg dying kit too!! I have one upstairs that I haven't even opened yet! (LOL So much for dying eggs this Easter!)
