How to get wheelchair at airport?

Hi everyone
This is all very new to me, my grandmother is going with us this year and she will require a wheelchair/ECV in the parks, however, she will need one at each airport....in Nashville and Orlando, how do I go about getting her a wheelchair at the airports? Thanks everyone

You should be able to ask for one from an employee. You may even be able to arrange to have one waiting for you when you get there.

Contact the airline and they will append it to the reservation.

When you get to the airport wheelchairs are available at the doors. A Skycap will take her through Security all the way to the gate. When the aircraft is ready for boarding, the same person will come and take her down the jetway to the aircraft's door. Note this person should be given a tip.

Since the airline knows there is need for a wheelchair, one will be waiting with a Skycap at the destination airport, right at the aircraft's door. This person will take her as far as baggage claim, and even assist in getting baggage from the carousel. Note this person also should be tipped.

My sister and I are going the end of next month, and when we spoke to Delta about a wheelchair for her, they said they would attach the request to the reservation, as CheshireFigment said. We plan to be at the airport much earlier than our flight and plan to get something to eat once we get through security - I asked the airline if I could push her wheelchair since we didn't want to go right to the gate and they said that was fine, just to tell whomever brings the wheelchair. Just FYI!
