How to get Welcome gift for stay at Polynesian

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a few things waiting for my family when we arrive at the Polynesian? I'd like to have someone put personalized Ears, autograph books, etc. In the room for wife & kids? We're staying concierge, do they help with that? Any suggestions for providers of such a service? Any suggestions on which items to include? Girls are 13, 12, & 10. Wife is a kid a heart.
