How to get to Whispering Canyon

Hi Everyone!

I was just wondering how we would go about getting to the WL for a WC dinner from POFQ. All of those pictures from the other thread forced me into Advanced Reservation Seating.

Any help would be appreciated! TIA!

Hi Aimee,

By WDW transportation you can take the bus to the MK then the launch to WL. It will probably take you anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes

If you're in a hurry a taxi is the way to go. Probably about a $12-$15 taxi ride and you'll be there in about ten minutes.

Just follow the signs that say "Launch to Wilderness Lodge."

If you REALLY want to launch, then ride Mission:Space!!!!

hahaha Mission Space may be my only option if I get lost! So I just go to MK, and somewhere there is water and there is the launch for Wilderness Lodge - ok I think I got it! Thanks again for your help - you are always so helpful and I truly appreciate it!!

Take the bus to MK, it'll drop you right in front of the entrance. Walk like you're walking to enter MK but then turn left. There will be a boat dock that says FW/WL boat. It's in the middle between the bus stop area, ferry dock and the monorail station.

Very easy to spot.

Don't feel bad...after going one time, the next we were doing HDDR and a friend said "take a boat from Magic Kingdom". My response..."there are boats?" I was clueless!

After you take the bus to MK, another option is to then take the bus to WL. It should take less time, especially if you just missed the boat and have to wait for the next one.

The boat runs every 15-20 minutes.

Another way to get to WL is to walk to CR from the MK bus stop (5 minutes) then take a small boat from CR boat dock to WL.

WCC is a must do for us because the kids love it so much. All my kids want to do when we go to Disney is to eat and stay at the Ketchup Hotel (yeah... that's what they call it, honestly!)

LOL it is so funny that you say that because the first thing my dd asked me yesterday when I told her I had made the reservations is "Do they have ketchup there?" She certainly will enjoy it then!
