How to get to Disney Outlet???

We're heading to Orlando in one week and I'm hoping to go to the Disney Outlet store while I'm there. Can anyone tell me where it is? We're staying at the Comfort Inn - Lake Buena Vista.

Also, does anyone know if they ever carry comforter sets for beds? I was hoping to find a Disney princess set.
