Hey everyone i have a question about how to get to boma for a 5:55 dinner reservation from CSR? Which would be the quickest way, catch a bus to DTD then a bus to AKL or catch a bus to a themepark then to AKL? Thanks for your help! :goodvibes

From CSR? I'd take the bus to AK and switch to the AKL bus. Someone else might have a better option, though.

This would be my suggestion to. But doesn't AK normally close at 5 p.m.? I don't know what time the last bus would be to get to the AK and then you'd have the crowds leaving AK to go back to their resorts. Truthfully, it's not that long of a ride and I would take a cab.

AT 5:55?

I'd take the bus to Epcot, and then the bus from Epcot to AKL.

Reason: AKL usually closes early. I'd not want to deal with what could be "busy" buses leaving the parks.

Epcot is open late (so makes a good hub) and is close to your hotel. You could, alternately, use MGM as your hub.

I would NOT grab a bus to DTD, and then another bus to AKL. You're doubling back on yourself, and taking a MUCH longer ride than you should need to.

We did this on our last trip in February. When we are ready to leave CSR, we normally take the first bus that shows up for either AK, Epcot or HS and then transfer to AKL. CSR is fairly close to all of these parks and you have several choices for the trip.

Seconded. Don't take the Downtown Disney or Magic Kingdom buses. They go way out of the way. You'd probably double your travel time. If you have a bus pick-up for Animal Kingdom, you may want to take that one if it comes first. As others have said, the park sometimes closes at 5:00 PM, though, so you might not be able to board, and if you can, you could be on a full bus on the way to the Lodge. Even so, it's the most direct and quickest option, if the Animal Kingdom bus comes first.

Personally I would take a cab. Coronado Springs is reasonably close to the AKL. Taking a bus to the parks other than AK will be back tracking.

Next choice would be to take (in order) AK, DHS, Epcot, MK, DTD.

However, from past stay at the AKL, and having eaten at AKL&AKV restaurants while staying at other resorts, I have some comments about AKL busses. The busses do not shared with other resorts. THis would seem like a good thing (your own dedicated transportation), but there are not as many busses running the AKL route as other resorts. We waited longer for the AKL bus than we did for most other resorts.

Last year, a cab from AKL to CSR cost $15, including tip.
