How to get to ADR when waiting for luggage pickup?

Hi all!! We currently have plans on switching from WLV to BWV on Sunday, Oct 17th...however, we also plan on attending Sweet Sundays at EPCOT on that Sunday (if we're able to get the ressies), which I believe starts at 10:30 am. From what I understand, you have to stay with your luggage until they pick it up to transfer to the other resort for you. Is there any way around this, like taking your luggage to bell services to keep until they are ready? I'd hate to miss Sweet Sundays because we don't know when they'll pick up our luggage.

We always take our luggage to Bell Services and ask if they could please transfer the luggage to resort x. We've never had a problem, and the Bell team has always kindly helped us out. No need to miss anything

Thank you!! I thought I'd read that you had to stay in your room until they picked up your luggage!

If you want them to p/u your luggage from your room, you need to wait until they come (usually takes <15 minutes from when you call, although once we got forgotten and had to call 2x and have the manager come to get our bags - but that only happened once!). But you can take your own luggage to Bell Services and drop it off.

Bell services is open 24/7. We'll call 45 min to an hour before we want to leave the room for them to come up. Our longest wait was a 1/2 hr.
or
we do what Eeyore suggested and take our luggage down ourselves.
