This is my 1st time posting on the DLP board so :wave2: :wave2: :wave2:

We returned from Orlando a few weeks ago and officially have got the bug! I want to book either 4 or 5 days at the start of October (anytime over the 8th as this is DD's 3rd b'day) preferably in the Disneyland Hotel.

We stayed here last year and loved the convienience of it. I'm a bit lost with the prices though, I can't seem to get it for less than £970 for 3nights.This is hotel only, direct with them. Does anybody know if there are cheaper ways to book, or know of any current deals. Adding flights on that it's going to cost at least £1500 for 3 nights:eek:
Any tips would be appreciated!
Susan x

There is an extra day and night free for arrivals upto the 5th October, on the 4 nights/5days or 5nights/6days packages but these include tickets.
I'm assuming as you've managed to get a quote for room only you already have shares or AP's so will be receiving a discount anyway ?

Expedia have had room only rates in the past, have you checked them out ?

Sorry can't be of any more help.

Umm.....I just looked on the DLP website so I think it does include park tickets. :confused3 It didn't seem to give free nights so i'm off to look again!
Maybe I should try another hotel???

If you're looking at the DLP website then Yes the package does include park tickets, so ito be honest I think you've got a pretty good price there.
Whilst the DLH is the pinnacle of hotels at DLP and location is part of it's attraction, you'll find that we all have our favourites from the others both on and offsite, so if you want opinions on any of the others feel free to ask. :goodvibes

Hi susan_b and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

If you are looking online you're definitely getting package prices including park tickets. Do you have shares or an annual pass? If so you can phone for a room only rate. We're staying at the Disneyland Hotel from 5th Oct for 3 nights and we're paying £700 for room only, so I'm afraid your quote sounds about right for park tickets too.

Thanks so much for all your replies. I just really wanted to make sure that there wasn't another way of booking that was cheaper...but it looks as though i'm on the right track!

I saw a good offer on Eurostar including travel and park tickets if you want to include those.
